The business administration major, based on the development needs of the private economy in Zhejiang Province, focuses on the industry characteristics of “cross-border e-commerce, port and shipping logistics”, and revolves around the three main lines of “in-depth integration of obstetrics, science and education, sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation education, and application-oriented local internationalization” to cultivate high-quality applied management talents with solid theoretical foundation of business management, outstanding sense of responsibility and sustainability, and strong innovation and practical ability.
本专业主要培养创业管理、人力资源管理、旅游与酒店管理、电子商务、营销管理等方向的管理人才。近三年毕业生就业率96%以上，60.1%毕业后留在当地工作，成为企事业单位发展的中坚力量。应届生创业率超12%，三年后创业成功率6%以上。毕业生一年后平均工资约6200元，在全省同类高校中居于前列。主要核心课程包括管理学、经济学、组织行为学、市场营销学、管理沟通、人力资源管理、市场研究、创业管理与实践、服务经营管理、企业资源计划ERP、企业战略管理、企业伦理与文化、公司理财与实务。
This major mainly trains management talents in entrepreneurial management, human resource management, tourism and hotel management, e-commerce, marketing management and other directions. In the past three years, the employment rate of graduates has exceeded 96%, and 60.1% have stayed in the local work after graduation, becoming the backbone of the development of enterprises and institutions. The entrepreneurial rate of fresh graduates exceeds 12%, and the entrepreneurial success rate after three years is more than 6%. The average salary of graduates after one year is about 6,200RMB, ranking the top among the similar universities in the province. The main core courses include Management, Economics, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, Management Communication, Human Resource Management, Market Research, Entrepreneurship Management and Practice, Service Operation Management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Strategic Management, Enterprise Ethics and Culture, and Corporate Finance and Practice.
