On the morning of March 25th, the executive president of Wanli YING Min visited the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC), and had talks with the Pro-vice Chancellor Nick Miles and the Vice-provost Shen Weiqi. Besides, Mr. YING also conversed briefly with the President YANG Fu-jia, who is one of the academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences at UNNC.
Mr. YING hoped earnestly to have a deep cooperation with UNNC introducing the talent-cultivation and international exchanges of Wanli and proposed a preliminary cooperation project concerning graduate programs, scientific research and social service, and management. Provost Miles expressed he would support a further cooperation with Wanli and discuss the project at the administrative conference. With this interview, an operational mechanism of exchange was achieved, such as, regular meetings of administrative staff, joint sponsoring of academic conference, sharing major academic resources and irregular exchanges between teaching staff from both parties.
