From October 23 to 24, President of Wanli University Ying Min welcomed a visiting delegation led by Dr. Raymond W. Alden III, Vice President of Northern Illinois University. President Ying Min held friendly talks with the visitors and introduced to them the development of our university, the conditions of various disciplines and international cooperation. Both parties expressed wishes for joint education of students and scientific coordination as well as academic communication of the teachers between the two universities, which would be based on a previously signed framework agreement. Then a credit transfer agreement concerning Business Administration double degree was signed by the two parties.
Besides, Dr. Raymond discussed with Deputy Dean of College of Biological and Environmental Sciences about the feasibilities of undergraduate double degree and joint education of postgraduate students. He was deeply impressed by advanced equipment and the scientific achievements of the teachers in international programs. The delegation of five persons also visited Ningbo Nottingham University with head of International Office.
