On April 13th, Ningbo Museum held its 2014 commendation conference in which two Wanli Youth Volunteer teams from Foreign Languages College and Business School were awarded as the Outstanding Volunteer Teams.
In the past year of 2013, these two volunteer teams have been offering voluntary service with enthusiasm and strong sense of responsibility. 288 volunteers from these two teams offered voluntary service accumulating to 1,152 hours with diligence, patience and smile, answering tourists' questions and guiding them to visit the museum. Volunteers from Foreign Languages College offered a great service for the international tourists with their expertise in foreign languages. As one representative of volunteers said, “It is the drive to keep us moving by being appreciated and thus it is worthwhile for volunteers to work hard and offer more voluntary service.”
