On the afternoon of November 26th, a campus talk was held by Greenland Group in the No. 52 Teaching Building. Listed in the Global 500 enterprises, Greenland Group ranked No.2 in the domestic real estate field and its average annual growth rate was 50% in the recent five years. The campus talk aimed to recruit 20 employees for their “Golden Seed” program to reserve personnel offering two posts of consultant and sales management.
With its top-rank enterprise image, high social credibility, and rapid growth prospect, it won great favor among the would-be graduates who attended the campus talk with high enthusiasm in which the recruitment supervisor Ms. FANG Jing-rong introduced its enterprise culture and put forward the requirements, such as, endurance of hardship, responsibility, initiative, diligence and rich social experience. After an active Q & A session, an on-site test and interview was carried out after selecting out all the resumes handed in by the students and 13 of them were able to enter the reexamination for a final interview of the Group.
As one important turning point in life, to take up an occupation is a threshold that every graduate must stride over and thus it needs to keep in mind one needs to be confident, realistic, responsible and ambitious to maximize their talents.
